the +10 attack damage will stack with multiple Swords, but the other part won't. An effect that is labeled "Unique" won't stack with multiple items of the same name (other parts of the item will if it's not labeled Unique). Also, effects with a Unique + Name (like Unique Aura: Legion) won't stack between different items with that effect (Such as 
and 
).
TL;DR - No, the effect is unique.
