Can Riot fix the servers please???????????
It's been annoying since the server move why can't we have the stable pings?????

True, my ping does jump around a bit more than it used to. However, in general, it jumps to a better ping. CSing is so much easier now, in a game that revolves around that last hit, a bad ping is a bad game.
I've had no issue with ping but had a lot of trouble with d/c from chat. Then when I would load into game or around the 20 mins mark I would always get the loading bar like if I d/c, but if I Tab out I would get and error message about the client.
