players with runes that are 30 against pre 30's.

Who are you yelling at, the level 30 players? Riot? Anyone willing to listen?

30 vs 20+ isn't a large difference. At 21 I can get a top tier mastery (just missing the 9 page) and 2/3 of your runes.

The bigger problem was when I was playing Draft pre 20, levels 15-19 against levels 23-30 where I had 0 runes because I was waiting for t3 and everyone else had way more.

This is a problem with riot's matchmaking, not the players though. Even if there are equal numbers in each team, it is unfun to play a Lane with what equates to a 500g item difference or more off the start.

It's not my fault that matckmaking is bullshit...I'm not the one controlling the system.

Scenario 1: I want to play with my friend who isn't level 30 yet. Most of the time, there's an equal number of level 30's/ less than level 30's on each team. This cancels each other out. I should not be expected to keep an empty rune page around just for those instances when I play with them, unless you want to buy me an extra page for those situations.

Scenario 2: Riot matches a bunch of solo queue players together, and they match level 30's with people less than level 30. The solo queue players who are level 30 or higher didn't even know their opponent's names, let alone their level. There's no reason for them not to select their runes.
