You do get bad players time to time, but you just need to find out how to carry. To do that, just win your lane. Last game my bot team, jungler and mid laner fed the enemy Vayne so much that she was 22/4/2. Me, being the top laner Jayce, won my lane, had 100 more cs than her, had 16 kills, and could 1v1 her at anytime. My whole team couldnt do anything tho, once I died, my team couldnt do damage for their life, causing them to all die and lose team battles. Thats why you would need to play safe, to make sure youre always alive so you wont ever lose. If you play risky, then you are gambling, and gamblers have a 50/50 chance of winning. Just push your lane tower to the enemy inhib, then just go from there. Keep an eye on the map, ward, cs, make sure everyone is in place so youd be prepared for ganks. Good luck.
