What does it take to skip a division in ranked?
I am 23-10 in ranked right now. Nearly a 70% win ratio. Won two promos and no skips yet. No way 70% win ratio is average for silver 2. It's like rito wants me in silver forever.

But these games in Silver are giving me diseases and poisoning my mind. So many racial slurs and wishes that children will get cancer and never learn to read... lol. I don't know how much more I can take.
