Why does my friend always have to be right

Guys and Gals help me please. He needs everything the way he wants For example I'll talk to him nicely and I point out something he doesn't do so correctly. He starts yelling at me and starts to get angry at EVERYTHING. Deaths, (anything else) He also cant admit that some things are his fault ):

Tell him, "Hey, you're being a dick. I can be a dick, too, but I choose not to because you're my friend. If you want to play more games with me, sit the fuck down and accept how you have and haven't contributed to this one."

That's what I would do, but then again I have no boundaries with my friends, I just tell people things straight up. ^_^
