About the Hextech Chests Riot

Have you seen the many League of Legends streamers or youtubers who have spent hundreds of dollars on Hextech Chest? I have, and its ridiculous. Riot you should at least give the chest a chance to unlock a super rare skin like 0.2% of getting a rare skin, for example Black Alistar and Urf the Manatee Warwick. And I bet if you (Riot) add this to the Hextech Chest, you would make tons of money (wink).
