I pre-ordered the Quest edition PROJECT hoodie a few months ago, and the estimated shipping date was October. It is now mid November and the order is still listed as processing for me. Is this a problem unique to me, or is it just taking longer than anticipated to ship? Don't get me wrong I don't mind waiting at all, just making sure I didn't miss something. If anyone knows anything help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Send in a support ticket to see if they can do something about it.
Same for me. They said the hurricane delayed their thing and we should get them late november..
Same for me bud. I think they got some kind of issue with the orders but i havent seen anything mention it. I would like to know if the hurricane is the reason for that or sth. else. Leave me a comment if you know better about this issue because im worried. But i can say for sure that its not our fault because there are more ppl having this problem.
Same, I live in the Netherlands. I've contacted customer support late mid October, they said everything is fine and will probably arrive later.

TLDR: pretty much going to be at the warehouse last Thursday for NA, last Friday for EU, should be shipping after that, so expect to get the hoodie about 1-2 weeks after that date, give or take for the holidays.
They said they would keep updates on their Facebook page, so I would check/send there if there are questions.
