Customisable Champion Portrait

I honestly feel like you should be able to select the splash you want on a champion. It would be nice if we could put back a older splash of a Champion/Skin. For example: we could go in our profile and setup how we want them to appear in our own client/computer. The older Katarina splash miss me and it gave me this idea.
