Duoing with an unranked

So in this game, I lost my last series game and did not get promoted to silver 3. While a bummer, the thing that really made it even worse was the fact that our jungler was unranked. I realize my elo is probably not very high, as evident by our Bronze 2 draven, but I found this to be extremely off and pretty stupid. I could tell throughout the game that this udyr didnt really know what they were doing all too well, but I just brushed it off and gave them tips on how to prevent further mistakes. Towards the end of the game, however, they drop the bomb that they're not actually ranked and apologize for it. While there was nothing I could ever do about it, because even checking lolking and finding this out in lobby wouldn't take back my previous loss (due to afk), and dodging would end my series, I really don't believe something like this should happen to people. I understand that duoing may increase your chance of landing in a higher rank, and admittedly that's most likely how I first got to silver 3, but it can be unfair to the other players. I can only imagine if I had been, lets say plat when this happened. The skill difference between an unranked and plat is extreme. edit: im assuming the udyr was duoing with someone, lolnexus was pretty buggy when i checked

So, do you think you should be able to duo with an unranked player? Thoughts?
