PLEASE make a way to move skins.

I would really like a way to move skins from one account to another, Riot has already made the money by selling the riot points, so I don't see why they couldn't do it. I have almost 60 skins on my old account and i'm starting a new one and I would really like my skins. Along the lines of this idea, I think that maybe an open market like steam has with DOTA stuff would be a good idea. It would add a new element of the game and I know lots of people that would like to trade their skins for other ones. PLEASE make this a thing! Does anyone out there like this idea or have the same thoughts as I?

Two reasons why that wouldn't work.

Reason 1, because then people who are toxic would just trade skin over to other accounts when they get close to getting permabanned.

Reason 2, because a free market system wouldn't work here because skins are their means of income where as DoTA 2 gets money not only from the sales of cosmetics, but also from Steam itself.
