RIOT CUSTOMER SERVICE = 1/10.

Honestly often times Riot customer service is just a joke. Well, I can understand. We are all addicted to League so they don't need good customer service. As a result they are LAZY and CARELESS when it comes to helping customers. Kinda sad when you actually think about it.

Just an example. I submitted a support ticket a long time ago regarding ban chat log. Guess what happened? The guy used an AUTOMATED response explaining WHY I am RANK RESTRICTED, lol. I wasn't even ranked restricted at all and my support ticket wasn't even long, just 1-2 very short paragraphs. Clearly he didn't even read my ticket and just skimmed through the title or first sentence without his glasses on.

JUST 2 days ago, I submitted a ticket asking WHY I am LITERALLY matched with premades every single game (silver to diamonds, not even bronze) when im only lvl 29. I also asked, since they are all premade buddies, if one reports me no matter whos in the wrong, all will report me. I asked how this is fair AND how will it affect my chat restrict IF I am already restricted and they all report me one game JUST for lols. WIll the system give me more chat restricts because I got reported by 4 ppl therefore thinks I am more toxic?

GUESS WHAT MY RESPONSE WAS AFTER A 24 HOUR WAIT TIME. (slow, but actually a fast one relative to other tickets). The guy used AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE saying WHY I am chat restricted, u know, we have found higher than average lvl of toxictity and as a result blah blah blah blah``

LMAO! That's not really what I was asking and I asked more than 1 question. Now I gotta wait another day or two for another response. They are just WASTING my time and their own.

CLEARLY he just saw the word chat restricted and pasted an automated response without even reading my ticket. Again, 1 out of 10 for customer service. 1 out of 10 because at least they responded back to me and didn't forget about me. LOL :D

FINALLY, I WOULDA LIKE TO REMIND RIOT EMPLOYEES that you guys are getting paid for your job and Im sure you are all educated as well. (hopefully). So pls do it in a professional manner. Getting paid 12-20 bucks an hour (I dunno how much u get paid) to click auto response without actually trying to help out your money spending customers, is just overpay.

SO all i saw was a BUNCH of random ALL caps words and that YOU were chat reSTRICTed... I DONT underStand why you ARE asking riot ABOUT premades and being CHAT restricted... WHAT ARE you complaining about?

To clarify, I was 2 games until I finish my chat restricts. Was wondering #1 why I am matched with premades every game, literally! And #2, if premade report me for LOLs or cuz I went 2/11 in the game, would that affect my negative behaviour bar.

Well i think getting matched with premades isnt as bad everyone says, mostly because i usually only play with my friends and we dont harass people unless they provoke us. Just try not to piss them off, when you anger one you anger the others and that will get you reported. That doesnt mean suck up to them, but when they call you trash or feeder just mute them instead of responding. On that note, being reported for no reason wont effect you negatively or so says Riot. If you are not intentionally feeding or being toxic then they can report you all they want, according to Riot nothing will come of it.

My sage advice would be to try not to get chat restricted anymore and you wont have to deal with Riot's Customer Service.

It really depends. U and ur friends might be mature, Bob and his buddies might be trolls, or ppl who are extremely toxic.

Point of post is I asked for ban chat log, they tell me why I am rank restricted when im not even rank restricted. I asked why I get matched with premades every game and how will it affect my negativity bar if they troll report me (2 questions), they tell me why I am chat restricted, when i was no longer chat restricted. LMAO! What the actual fk Riot??

Clearly u didn't get the point of this post. This post isn't about how many times I got punished, nor was I recently banned. So asking if premade reports me for LOLs will affect punishments, mean this is my x amount of punishments? LOL.

Its like telling "the boy who cried wolf story" to u and all u got from the story was the wolf finally came, and completely didn't get the point of the story. LOL @ some kids these days. xD

It does. Asking for why you got banned/chat restricted every single time you get it is like asking : how did you broke your arm while being perfectly conscious about it. You should just watch what you write and game and start from there anyway. I don't think your lvl 29 account will last long with that attitude. you'll end up having quite a few bans.

Just learn to play for fun. If you play with plats it's for the better because you can play with better than you and learn from it. If you put your head in the ground saying it's never your fault and shouting at your teamates, it's not only negative for you since you can't learn from it (and you'll get banned eventually, which is likely seeing your attitude) but you won't have much respect from others as I said earlier.

Just consider lucky that I'm being that smooth and patient. I don't think most people would do what I'm doing.

And this post isn't about how negative or not I am. Its about Riot employees not actually reading the requests properly. Such as asking why I am banned and chat log so I know what I did wrong to be banned, but instead they tell me why I an rank restricted when im not even rank restricted. LOL.

AND JUST A SIDE NOTE, saying STFU pls ur muted after someone has been insulting, toxic, and bit-ching all game, should not count as negative attitude. Its not like someone said "pls gather with team" to me and I tell them to stfu. What u just said sorta proved my point in a way, IF U DONT respect others, don't expect respect FROM others. So why saying stfu ur muted to serious death threatening as-s-holes count as EQUALY toxic? It shouldn't and its a flaw in Riot's rule. :)

I disagree. Every single Ticket I have put in (10) have all been met in a timely manner, with responses from humans, and have all ended with my satisfaction and a fix for my problem. Maybe it's because your question of "how to not get reported by premades hurr durr" isn't a support ticket problem. It's a "Maybe I should only act nice even if people are raging" problem.

The technical guys are good, the behavioural guys are not so. It was 2 very short paragraphs, the first asking why I am matched with premades every game, the second was about if premade report me for LOLs will affect my bahavior bar. They put auto response for why I am chat restricted. LOL

Just like months ago when I asked for chat logs for my ban, they simply explained why I am RANK restricted, when im not even rank restricted. LOL. See What my point is now?

Dude you need to chill lol .... I asked you a question only. Here is the thing "Why" would 4 random people report you for No reason ?

If you had been punished at least twice before hitting lvl 30 then it is easy to assume you have a rage problem.

Take a deep breath and try not to piss people off in-game. Good Luck with it :) I really do hope you realize what your doing before you get a perma.

LOL. Again, u do not get the point. I am matched with premade literally every game so I am curious as to why? And so ur wondering why would 4 people report me? Well, you never know. For example, couple games ago, I was playing with a 4 men premade team. Didn't say anything. Was super fed 4/0 top so wanted to help other lanes. I went mid and helped clear lane and took tower down. This guy, I dunno why, was SO ENRAGED about it that he spammed ping at me literally all game. I just muted him and ignored him and reported him in the end. However, since he was buddies with the other 3 ppl in my team they all reported me. And as a result, I got a warning even though the mid laner was the one being negative. Plenty of other examples. They can all report u verbal abuse or negative attitufe just cuz u were 2/11 in game. When u play many games with premades (over 200 games from lvl 0 to lvl 30), its not easy to never get a 2-4 men report at some point.

But the point of my support ticket was to ask why I am matched with premade every game and if troll reports will actually affect my negativity bar or no so much.

That is very childish to say. I had 2 games to complete chat restrict and was wondering if a whole team report will affect it, since at the end the system AUTOMATICALLY judges if you are more toxic (saw on a diff post). How it does it I do not know and thus the support ticket. TL to explain more. xD

I'm raging quite a bit in game. Like too much to my personal preference. And yet I don't get banned or chat restricted. So, to my opinion, to get chat restricted means that you REALLY have a rage problem while playing League. It is quite normal that you won't get the same amount of respect from Riot/Rioters/players if you can't respect people in game.

That's just my opinion.

HOWEVER, like I said, LITERALLY every game I get matched with premade. Im lvl 29 and I play with silver to plat every single game. SO, whenever someone reports me, NO MATTER WHO IS ACTUALLY IN THE WRONG, I get a 3-4 men report since they are all premade buddies.

Like u said u rage in games and received no punishments. Well lets say, maybe u called someone "stop being a noob" in one of ur games, and 1 guy reports u. That's not really a major offence and considering only 1 guy reported u out of a certain amount of games u played, its not a big deal at all. HOWEVER, in the SAME situation, if u were playing with premade team and u said "stop being a noob" to one of their buddies, well guess what? Chances are they will all report u, so now u instantly got a 4 men report in one game. That's a big deal. DO that Once or twice and u will be punished. Now what if someone reports u just for LOLs or cuz u were 2/11 in game? See the problem here?

NOW SAY IF U ARE ALREADY chat restricted and only have 2 more games to complete it. (my situation). The system at the end of chat restricts AUTOMATICALLY evaluates if you have become less toxic. If u have, then no more chat restricts, if u still show being toxic, u get even more chat restricts than before. Well, just like what I said before, my mid lane was really toxic and spammed ping all game at me cuz I helped push his mid lane. (I was 4/0 top so I wanted to help out other lanes). Im not being toxic there, right? I just ignored him and then reported him in the end, HOWEVER I got a 4 men report because he was friends with the other 3 ppl in my team. That directly affects my chat restrict punishments, therefore it isn't fair that I get matched with premades literally every single game.

And WHY am I matched with premades every game anyway and not just any premade, but theres at least a gold or plat in there every time. Im lvl 29 am I that good? LMAO!

And you are wrong once again. What I said does not show I am raging in any way. However, the caps, coupled with ur imaginations, makes u think that I am raging. Just FYI, the caps are there to catch ur attention so u can continue to read, and not stop mid way. I explained what I wanted to explain in a polite and peaceful manner and did not complain about any punishments, if u want to read over it again. :)

The irony of this is I know that I don't rage much at all in games and positive 99% of the time, but get 4 men reported over the slightest negative comment. You however, do seem to have a rage problem because even u admitted it in your first reply. LOL.

And in case you guys are wondering why I was banned before. That was long ago. I was playing with a person from Japan. I was curious and asked if he supports the Japanese governments honoring their ww2 soldiers and WW2 Japanese Leader. It was over the news at the time. (IMAGINE if Germany still honors Hitler, so was just asking why japan honors their WW2 leader and soldier and if he supports that or not). The Guy actually got offended and reported me and I got banned as a result. LOLs. :D
