RIOT CUSTOMER SERVICE = 1/10.
Honestly often times Riot customer service is just a joke. Well, I can understand. We are all addicted to League so they don't need good customer service. As a result they are LAZY and CARELESS when it comes to helping customers. Kinda sad when you actually think about it.
Just an example. I submitted a support ticket a long time ago regarding ban chat log. Guess what happened? The guy used an AUTOMATED response explaining WHY I am RANK RESTRICTED, lol. I wasn't even ranked restricted at all and my support ticket wasn't even long, just 1-2 very short paragraphs. Clearly he didn't even read my ticket and just skimmed through the title or first sentence without his glasses on.
JUST 2 days ago, I submitted a ticket asking WHY I am LITERALLY matched with premades every single game (silver to diamonds, not even bronze) when im only lvl 29. I also asked, since they are all premade buddies, if one reports me no matter whos in the wrong, all will report me. I asked how this is fair AND how will it affect my chat restrict IF I am already restricted and they all report me one game JUST for lols. WIll the system give me more chat restricts because I got reported by 4 ppl therefore thinks I am more toxic?
GUESS WHAT MY RESPONSE WAS AFTER A 24 HOUR WAIT TIME. (slow, but actually a fast one relative to other tickets). The guy used AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE saying WHY I am chat restricted, u know, we have found higher than average lvl of toxictity and as a result blah blah blah blah``
LMAO! That's not really what I was asking and I asked more than 1 question. Now I gotta wait another day or two for another response. They are just WASTING my time and their own.
CLEARLY he just saw the word chat restricted and pasted an automated response without even reading my ticket. Again, 1 out of 10 for customer service. 1 out of 10 because at least they responded back to me and didn't forget about me. LOL :D
FINALLY, I WOULDA LIKE TO REMIND RIOT EMPLOYEES that you guys are getting paid for your job and Im sure you are all educated as well. (hopefully). So pls do it in a professional manner. Getting paid 12-20 bucks an hour (I dunno how much u get paid) to click auto response without actually trying to help out your money spending customers, is just overpay.
