So i'm getting a new computer... Will this computer (in link) run LoL well?

i3 Processor 1.8Ghz Intel® HD Graphics 4000

An estimation on what the FPS would be is fine.

Probably pretty poorly. That's an integrated graphics card, even worse it's a laptop one, so it's pretty garbage. Lol doesn't require much to run, but you won't play many games without a dedicated GPU.
