In norms , i have awesome scores , and great teams , but when i get in rank , they instalock soraka top or stuff like that .... why do i have such bad luck in ranks ;-;

Every person I've spoken to about Ranks, be it people I met when I joined that went into Ranks and some friends from work who always say that Ranked is right FILLED with trolls, afk's, or people who decided to play Zed for the very first time in Ranked and take him into the jungle or something.
It's why I've put off even trying ranked. Like I want to try it, buuut from everything I've heard and seen on the boards it's just not a mode that seems very fun right now.
