I know tons of people say this, but it's the only way it will ever happen. There are millions of accounts with good names taken that aren't in use and haven't been for years. Reset them so people can use the names!

put in the name you want and wait for the date it expires. It's how I got my raka! :D
I'm waiting to change my main account's name to George Costanza. He hasn't played since November last year.
