What happened to Gangplank's hat feather?
I was reading Gangplank's update page when I noticed something strange: His hat is a bit different than shown in the pictures. In the update page the hat has an another red colored feather which can't be found when looking at Classic Gangplank in-game model.

To make sure the feather did really exist I searched for pictures from the times his update was on PBE and found out that it was there. It had even its own animations as you can see in the video below.
