Frame Rate Issues lately?

I was wondering if anyone has been having issues with lag and frame rate drops. I have computer that can play this game on the highest setting and still have over 100fps. The last couple of days I have been having issues with lower frames rates of between 20-60 fps. I'm also receiving lag issue. I've tested and it only is a problem with league. I was wondering if anyone else is having the issue lately?
