Gold V Top/Adc looking for team

Looking for a team to play with. I main Top and Adc. Looking for a team to play and work with, not a team that plays a few games then never plays again. Got to Plat in the preseason. Only issue I have is that I do have a full time job so I cant play to late on the weekends
