Question about Draft Pick.

Does the player who first made the lobby and invited all the players have any kind of advantage when picking roles?

For example, I make the lobby and que up with my preferred role being Top. And my invited friend also picks his main role to be top. Ignoring our second roles, am I more likely to get Top over my friend?
