i cant win a solo q game... at all

i refuse to try hard in ranked cause im not good enough to 1v5 carry so im not going to play like i have to, and it tilts the fuck outa me, and i know im not the greatest play ever but jesus christ people at my elo are so fucking bad. they just jump into 1v3's and chase people while our inhibs are getting fucked, dont know how to rotate and when you tell them what they should be doing they throw a huge tantrum about how bad i am doing, which considering i was vayne vs a caitlyn, i didnt feed i was just down farm wasnt even doing bad. my point is that the only games i win i can troll freely and still have people who carry me, and when i try the slightest bit, some downy can feed one lane and the game be over and there is nothing i can do. imagine being on a team with people that are the equivalent to the punctuation for this post...

anyway i need help wtf do i do in these games, to win, its like yah i could be playing bran dead champs and shit but idk, my team has me at adc so im trying to practice adc but i cant do fucking shit if they get one person on there team who gets fed they just shit on my and if they dont i cant do anything in teamfights cause im to far back

just went through op.gg in the last 24 days i havnt one a single one and after that the results are not recorded lol
