How do you speak to someone without having to type "/all" or "/m (player name)"?
I saw a few streams where they just press a key or something and the "/all" or "/m (player name) just appears in the chat box. How do I do this?

I haven't done it, but I'm assuming you just change your keybindings. For example, I changed my "/laugh" to "x" so I just press x to laugh, and my "ctrl+6" for mastery emote to "z". In game press Esc > Key bindings > Communication and there is probably one for /all and /r. Just click it and press the button you want it to be! :)
