A proposal to fix server lag

While in recent patches things have gotten better, it's no secret that Riot servers are under a lot of stress. (Millions of users will do that to you.) I can honestly say that in most my games, server lag is an issue for someone- which can be frustrating, since it can dramatically change the outcome of games.

I also know that fixing large scale, technical issues like this can be expensive, and don't result in revenue like skins, icons, etc. do.

So I have a proposal to help fix these issues, while helping with the revenue thing: design (and sell) ward skins and icons with a picture of a computer on it, with 100% of proceeds designated as going to upgrading and resolving server issues, with Riot doing a "matching" pledge for all money raised this way.

I would want that ward skin. This issue is effecting gameplay, and it needs to get fixed.
