I recognize this isn't exactly the right place to post this, but I've tried 3 separate times to use the proper contact method at https://na.merch.riotgames.com/en/ and have gotten absolutely no response at all so I'm going to try to use this.
I placed an order for a figurine in October, which was not delivered (but is marked as delivered in my orders.) I'd like to either request a re-delivery of the exact same item or a refund. Thanks to whoever is able to connect me with the proper department!
