So guys the title says it all i been looking around into this i see a lot of people do get banned and show evidence in there defence that they didnt do anything wrong just 1 rage comment 1 maybe 2 ok sweet there are other that do worse and do not get banned for example-My friend who i shall not name for he is my negative example we will call him Joe and then me there are both true....lets start

--Joe---- His avg game are good he is a gold player stuck in silver because of trolls toxic and leaver joe him self has fallen to the dark side around S2 AVG about 10 games a day 8 of there he rages in and out of control <3 its true joe i duo'ed with you plenty he is good he will get the job done and then boom he wil have 1 bad momment and rage so hard and hurt people even my and im a close friend let me remind you he has never been banned or chat restricted opposite he actually has a Friendly ribon well (had) at first im like well joe does but a avg or 10 hours a day and 100 dollars a week he prob wont ever be ban nope because now i come in

---ME(Luis/Shaco/Rui) i go by many names--- i on the other hand am a positive person who sees the best in a game and in life and i try to show that every game yea my english is bad Sorry :( but i try my hardest each game to have fun but also play to win since thats why we all play league get some Victory it hurts seen a Defeat but thats not the point here i also avg about 10 games maybe 15 on a good day 4/10 6/15 on a good day i play where i get leavers afkers trolls people who hurt for fun many things....i also am a gold stuck in silver but hey im ok with it means i let myself go and didnt learn as much as i did....the game is always changing back to the point recently i was ban WHAAAAA!?!?!?! MY FIRST BAN!!!!! well i had a first but it was shitty computer firewall problems but oh well that was my fault for having a shitty computer.... so what went down was a bad game i had 4 in a row bad games 3 leavers 1 troll in 4 dif games....so i was kinda angry you would see why i would say report and the enemy team would insta leave or laugh and say no so recently i been getting a lil toxic because i am been pushed and i would report the person and nothing happens how do i know i keep a list of people i report and i check every day to see a gap of 14 days if not there were not ban therefore there is a toxic person running lose! but recently i did wow me the guy who naturally gets "Why you so positive we gonna lose"(we win most of the time they say that from a baron steal and a free ace at 50 mins) but 1 or 3 days i had such bad games so much toxic going around i was infected i said a few things not even bad things! and was banned....yes banned.....its because of this i believe that riot does not know who is toxic and who is not if a person toxic lv is high like joe they need a ban if its low like me give us a mute because its not us talking its the fact we have a bad game over and over am i sure many of you do...i get my account back tomorrow reason i making this is to let people know and to raise awareness Riot needs to learn self control

Okay, the wall of text was a bit hard to read, here is what I was able to discern: your friend isn't very positive in-game (and is very likely negative) but you are the one that got banned. Let me know if I missed anything important. Well, there are a few things that stuck out to me from your wall of text.

This is going to sound harsh, but if you really are a gold player, then you wouldn't be stuck in silver. I will not pretend to know what you've been going through, but even if you only casually phrase it in such a dismissive way, there is still a decent chance of seeing yourself as better than everyone else, and open yourself up to treat your allies as substandard. I can definitely understand being frustrated with not being at the rank you feel you should be, I went through that a lot on my way up, but I tried to not be frustrated at my allies because that would get me nowhere. Instead, I turned that frustration into figuring out what I did wrong in those game, and looking back, the reason why I didn't get up sooner was because I didn't deserve it yet. Avoid using any sort of phrasing that puts you above your teammates, because as far as the game and matchmaking is concerned, you're all the same.

Yeah, I can understand why you got banned for that. First and foremost, never, never, NEVER threaten to report. Don't call for reports, don't threaten to use them, don't even bring them up in-game. RiotLyte said a while ago that one of the most used words from banned players was the word "report." Simply put, it creates a lot more harsh feelings than you may think, it resorts to using the tools implemented to try and combat abuse as its own form of abuse, and asking others to report literally does nothing. For the sake of flagging a game, one report is the same as 9 reports.

Second, don't tell other people how to play the game, unless they SPECIFICALLY AND EXPLICITLY ask for advice. Even if you have the best intentions, any sort of criticism in-game can easily be seen as verbal abuse or negative attitude. For me, personally, if someone is pointing things out to me, then I hate it because, more often than not, I already know what I need to do, but in this game am doing poorly on executing that. Pointing it out to me only causes me to go even more on edge and keep psyching myself out. That's even assuming that you were framing it in the best possible way, but using exclamation points, insults, swearing, and strong-arming people to get your way is a really bad way to go about it.

That's even assuming your advice and reasoning is sound, which it isn't. Depending on where they are, roaming can be really helpful to make something happen in other lanes. Also, as for the Twisted Fate, you said that he's getting zoned and don't give him blue buff as a result of that. However, if he's getting zoned, then it can easily get to a point where he isn't allowed to walk out and blue card a minion until they get to his turret (missing cs in the process) without getting jumped on by an assassin. Blue buff helps them to use their q to harass and pick up cs from a distance, something that auto-attack range doesn't always allow them. Even if you feel they don't deserve blue buff or whatever, don't argue with them about it, because it only makes the situation worse. Just mute them and enjoy your game. In fact, why the hell weren't you devoting more time to try and counteract what Katarina was doing, or at the very least, ensuring that your bottom lane is able to handle the pressure once Kat leaves mid lane.

What happens in your games is irrelevant. As life and this game move on, you will run into people who are idiots or jerks, and one way or another, we'll have to deal with them. Stooping to their low only makes the situation worse for everyone involved. It's not worth distracting yourself and risking another ban by arguing with them, just mute, report and move on.

lesson learned... its a free to play game which means too many kids play this game ... you cannot say anything or you will get reported and banned....the tribunal system is bad....basically play with friends or when you solo pretend there is no chat feature and ignore it.

That kind of behavior is what relay gets to riot staff! U don't own anything on the map and u cant order around on the map(unless u are chosen by ur team mates to do so). And then u go and curse again "Shut the FUCK UP".

Having good KDA score doesn't mean u should not show decent sportsmanship to experts and beginners in this game. And stop swearing to what might be 9y old kids. And don't call a teammate shit/bae.

I think you should think a bit why someone employed by RIto (who probably has some degree in psychology or sociology) thought u are toxic and thinks that u made other players experience a VIDEO GAME in a negative way.

PS: Next time use some of these ( , . : ; ! ? ) they are free. Like ur ban.

Hey guys love what i am reading so far. Sorry my English is so bad....so far what i have read is normal things can cause a ban you guys are avoiding the true question. What makes someone toxic? and, do we know what been toxic is? what do you guys think is been toxic and have you guys acted like this or worse please share. and to Pastramka if what you say is true then "PS: Next time use some of these ( , . : ; ! ? ) they are free.
