Weird Teaser on League site

If you go to either, Twisted Fate, Xerath, Hecarim, LeBlanc or Zed's champion profile page, this weird smoke loop shows up... It doesn't look like a Harrowing thing and these champions have nothing to do with each other... They don't even form a normal team with no adc or support... What could it be?

It happens on a couple more champions sites too. like Cassiopia, Lissandra. granted it could be Harrowing related but i can only see it happening towards TF, LeBlanc, and Hec since they all have Harrowing skins. Zed, Cass, and Lissandra dont have harrowing skins, and i doubt theyll be getting new harrowing skins since it seems like we have our set for this year!
