Clean Severs of Level 1 Accounts

There are many level 1 accounts that have been adding me named LoL1NA1 through LoL1NA150 and it's getting rather annoying, I have not accepted any of their requests because I have no idea what could happen. Can we please get rid of these accounts?

Update: Well The one that added me was LoL1NA104, I blocked it and now i just got added by LoL2NA104. Also the same thing is happening in EUW under the names LoL1EUW-number-

Me and my friends are having the same issue, they're marketers, such as "elo boosters"

i had a similar experience. a quick google search of the summoner name in quotations brings up only one hit, a pastbin file with these account names listed along with their passwords. perhaps it's a list of accounts that will be botted to lvl 30 and then sold? IMO all of them should be banned, and the owner should be looked into.
