Clearly your opponents are winning. So, yes, they do expect someone to win a normal game. I would hazard to guess that they expect 50% of all people playing a Normal game at any point in time to win it, in fact.
i have 3 wins and 3 losses while obviously if i had equal skill level teammates i would be 4 and 2 . man normals riot i love losing undeserved games because people just love to feed!
