Didnt get Teir 7 token

I lost a game as Jax in urf, however i got an S rank. Im currently teir 6 jax but i didnt receive a teir 7 token. Is this a bug?

Sorry, but you can only get Mastery 6/7 tokens in Normal and Ranked SR.
