What time of the day are the SKT skins releasing today? Are they going to be released after today's Rift Rivals?

Most likely by 11AM PT (aka 20 minutes), is usually when they put out new content. Sometimes though it is a bit later in the day.

The skins usually are in store prior to 4:00 PM EST.

Expect them anytime from now til then. I'm expecting them within the next 20 minutes personally.
