Team Builder Idea

It appears the wait time (at least on the pbe) is significantly longer for teambuilder rather than the original matchmaking. An idea I believe might help this is allow other incomplete groups to join with other partial groups. I.e; say you have a group of 3, a jungle, mid, top in one group and then another group with the other two roles perhaps allow both teams to preview eachother and allows the two incomplete teams to merge as one.
