you do realise her R was 50% 6.21, this isnt even a buff, her gunblade is getting nerfed. us akali mains hate the rework. its not a buff dude.
Akali is weak right now, I tried her out the other day for the first time since before the rework, and i was like "Uhh what?"
Not nearly enough sustain to make up for the damage loss, she'd be awesome if she had more options for sustain... you know.. like spell vamp in a passive or something... but that's out of nowhere, no skill with that?
