How often do skins go on sale?

I'm saving RP for Samurai MasterYi . That skin was on sale in July. When do you think it'll be on sale again?

EDIT: This is also my first time posting anything on the League of Legends Boards. Would this be better suited to some other board? Skins & Champion Concepts, which seems to be about posting ideas for new skins and champions? Help & Support, which seems to be about getting help from Riot about (mostly technical) questions? General Discussion, which is like Miscellaneous but with fewer rules?

It's fine. I don't know how they decide the order in which skins go on sale, but every week has three skins and there are periodic larger sales with more skins discounted.

I'm not sure if there is a constant pattern, I think it's pretty random. And yes I think that this is a good place to put a question like this. Braum
