Should offensive items get the defensive item treatment?

I do not remember exactly when, but sometime during my years of playing League of Legends, Riot changed the build paths of defensive items so that it would never feel bad to build the stat that you needed. At that time, if you needed armor and wanted to build a Guardian Angel but did not have enough gold for a Chain Vest, it would feel bad to build a Cloth Armor because it did not build into item 1031 or item 3026 .

At the present time, if you need crit chance and want to build an Infinity Edge but cannot afford a Cloak of Agility, building Brawler's Gloves can feel bad because they do not build into item 1018 or item 3031 .

Therefore, I propose the following build paths. Definitely: item 1036 --> item 1037 --> item 1038 , item 1052 --> item 1026 --> item 1058 , item 1051 --> item 1018 Probably: item 1042 --> item 1043 (This one is a little weird because currently a Recurve Bow is built out of two Daggers. It hurts my OCD.)

The Recurve Bow build path would likely require some cost balancing, but for the rest of these item paths, the only reason that I can think of to not add them is that it might make the shop feel more cluttered.

i think some items having awkward build paths is intended, like infinity edge and deathcap because they are decent power spikes so they delay it a little by making you sit on gold so there's an actual power spike instead of just a steady power level increase every back
