Riot games just so you know. Having a singed run me down and not breaking a sweat isn't making the game fun. lets use our brain cells for a moment and realize that 4 dark seal singed is stupid. Solution: Make dark seal's healing a unique passive.... nope.

I'm pretty sure a pot healing him for 300 hp over 15 seconds is not the problem in a mid game / late game with Singed.
