Why is Tribunal ALWAYS in recess

I seriously have not been able to vote on any cases in several months now. I check back fairly often... but nothing :/ it makes me wonder what is happening to all those cases that I know are still being reported

Its currently getting a rework and will be done this year(from a rioter i forgot his/her name now)

there is an article on surrender@twenty which includes all red posts relevant to the topic. the guy above me is correct though. it is still being reworked.
