Question!?

Soooo Im not seeing any option to offer trades to other members in my league? Kinda takes a way from one of the major features of a fantasy league. I mean you can converse and choose to drop someone so that someone else can pick them up. That seems awfully trust based for people getting together over the internet. Am I missing something here?
