Reporting for Champ Select

I think there needs to be an option to report players for behavior in champ select that causes another player to dodge (threatening to feed, verbal abuse/harassing, language). I've been in a couple champ selects now where a player has behaved in such a way that I or someone else ultimately dodges - the choice being to dodge and lose 3lp or stay through and lose 20lp. I think there needs to be a way to report such pre-game behavior without having to sit through an entire game with such a player.
