Ranked Promo Missed

I qualified for a series in solo/duo queue three games ago. I lost the first and won the next two games, so I should have been promoted. However, on completing the third game, I received a notice that I had qualified for a new series instead of any notice of how my previous series was concluded. I can only assume this is a glitch of somekind - can you resolve? Thank you!
