The ult wasn't called TsuNami due to the misunderstanding potential in team fights when Nami yells Sue Nami and ends up getting reported as litigation from a suit isn't possible against a video game character, so instead the summoners would get reported for liable.
Serious answer: Tsunami = "Harbor Wave" or "Tidal Wave", would have been odd with wordflow
