Game kept crashing randomly in game and it wouldnt let me connect back, now im placed in low priority queue. If i have to wait 10 minutes before queueing for 5 games. Im sorry, but im done. If i dont get a response im just deleting my account or leaving for good
You submitted a support ticket? You spoke with both a Riot representative and ensured it was not an issue with your computer? It would be one thing if this happened only the one time and you were placed in low priority queue, but something tells me this is either a persistent problem (in which case, you submit a support ticket and see if Riot's support team can help you. They are usually quite helpful) or you've afk'd before and Leaver Buster has already been tracking you.
I'll admit that Leaver Buster is kind of BS sometimes (people weren't loading into games properly and it would "catch" them, despite them having no malicious intent. I know people personally who have been "busted" even if they were reconnecting constantly due to computer/internet problems.....) However, in general if you encounter a problem like this for the first time, at worst you get a warning.

Didn't you agree that the software is "as is" and is not guaranteed to fit any expectation or purpose? Also I don't think Riot cares about angry "customers" especially if they play for free and agree that their money spent goes for renting pixels or getting numbers faster, nothing else.
I hate Riot in general, but I understand that they care even less about my problems than my team when I manage to reconnect. Still, you have to squeeze the fun out of games like this yourself, otherwise you'll have a hard time enjoying your own free time with gaming.
This happened to me too and I found the problem myself. If it keeps crashing that might mean your video card is not good enough for league, your antivirus if screwed up, your computer overheats, the firewall settings are wrong, or ur using a Mac. The Mac version for league is a little glitchy right now so it's not realy that uncommon to crash in the middle of a game once in a while.
