Game kept crashing randomly in game and it wouldnt let me connect back, now im placed in low priority queue. If i have to wait 10 minutes before queueing for 5 games. Im sorry, but im done. If i dont get a response im just deleting my account or leaving for good
AbiwonKenabi2 votesYou submitted a support ticket? You spoke with both a Riot representative and ensured it was not an issue with your computer? It would be one thing if this happened only the one time and you were placed in low priority queue, but something tells me this is either a persistent problem (in which case, you submit a support ticket and see if Riot's support team can help you. They are usually quite helpful) or you've afk'd before and Leaver Buster has already been tracking you.
I'll admit that Leaver Buster is kind of BS sometimes (people weren't loading into games properly and it would "catch" them, despite them having no malicious intent. I know people personally who have been "busted" even if they were reconnecting constantly due to computer/internet problems.....) However, in general if you encounter a problem like this for the first time, at worst you get a warning.

Ive never got a warning (that i can recall) and my game crashing has happened numerous times in random games. This is the first time ive ever got placed in low priority queue. Also thanks for the reply, i submit one and see what happens
runewake21 votesRiot's support is not going to be able to solve your problem. I don't believe they even communicate with the developers. At least that's what the support staff told me when I asked them. See this response:
Thank you for the suggestion! We can't pass feedback reports directly to the development team, but Riot Games has established a set of forums for our players to be able to submit feedback. The team is always looking at the forums for interesting ideas, as well as getting a feel for what parts of the interface players think could be improved.
Here is the response I received in response to my complaints about the wretchedness of LeaverBuster:
Greetings player,
I understand you have some concerns about our LeaverBuster system. A player will receive a one time notification after they leaver/afk a game, regardless of the reason why. Our LeaverBuster system does not make a distinction between intentional leaves/afks or ones due to factors outside the player’s control. This notification was simply just a warning message that continued leaves/afks could result in being placed in the low priority queue. It does not mean that any action was taken on your account.
We understand that players may have some leaves/afks that are beyond their control and our LeaverBuster system is designed to only penalize frequent leavers/afkers. As long as you are playing, and completing all your games in the future you have nothing to worry about.
Let me know if you have any further concerns and I will be happy to assist you.
I urge you however to keep two things in mind. 1) Riot is a fairly new company and 2) They make video games. This has the probable result that they really don't have all the business logic worked out yet. Whether they are fixing it or not remains to be seen (my guess is probably not since their focus has shifted towards the LCS). However even if they want to fix these issues it may require they restructure how they as a company work and they may not be at the point where that is deemed a significant business risk. Basically, give it a bit.

I am Ollin too1 votesDidn't you agree that the software is "as is" and is not guaranteed to fit any expectation or purpose? Also I don't think Riot cares about angry "customers" especially if they play for free and agree that their money spent goes for renting pixels or getting numbers faster, nothing else.
I hate Riot in general, but I understand that they care even less about my problems than my team when I manage to reconnect. Still, you have to squeeze the fun out of games like this yourself, otherwise you'll have a hard time enjoying your own free time with gaming.

Cclose1 votesThis happened to me too and I found the problem myself. If it keeps crashing that might mean your video card is not good enough for league, your antivirus if screwed up, your computer overheats, the firewall settings are wrong, or ur using a Mac. The Mac version for league is a little glitchy right now so it's not realy that uncommon to crash in the middle of a game once in a while.
