Disconnects within a ranked game - Inability to queue for ranked afterwards

Yes, to be "mean" to those players who may disconnect due to Internet service provider problems or crashing on their systems. I believe that there should be a penalty for disconnects during ranked matches. Players who DC during a ranked match, be it bug, ISP, or lag should not be allowed to queue for ranked matches again afterwards for a specified amount of time. If after that time, they queue again and that problem persists then that penalty should be increased.

Either, A) contact the support team to troubleshoot the crashing issues on your computer to resolve the issues you're having playing the game; Or B) contact your ISP and speak with them about any intermittent issues you're having with maintaining a stable connection with Riot servers.

It should not be a constant struggle to rank up in this system if players are actually staying connected to the game. Placing the other 4 players on your team at a disadvantage just because you want to play ranked on your 15 year old pc and dial-up internet should not be an option for you.

For those of you who have ping issues all the time, please use the command line found on this board to help you test your ping before playing a Ranked match:

Too many times this week have I dealt with - "Oh this player again, they dc'd constantly last round" - I have had this happen 2 times during the 3 times I've been in promotions this week. Other times we've had feed and leavers, or just plain old dc's. I'm sure there are other disgruntled players who would agree, and I'm curious as to the opinions of those who disagree.

Tl;Dr : If you don't have a stable connection, or a stable computer, stay out of ranked queues item 3070
