2828 Permaban Without warning and i havent had a chat ban in like a month

I have been really good lately on my toxicity and ive been reported one game in the past month by another player who was toxic to me for no reason I dont understand why lyte perma banned me and i would just like another chance to improve. I have been toxic in the past but i have honestly changed. I have sent a support ticket cause i honestly think it might have been a mistake. I say the f word often but not towards anybody usually. if im ever toxic its not really towards anyone while i do defend myself if i am being abused

There are a lot nicer ways to defend yourself against a troll than saying "STFU YOU CUNT NOOB ASS FUCK"

Unless something recently changed all perma-bans are reviewed by an actual Rioter (not necessarily Lyte), including chat/behavior history. The previous chat ban(s) were your initial warning and the time afterwards your chance to improve. The fact you were perma-banned means someone at Riot believes you did not improve with these second chances and did not have the ability/motivation to do better.

usually with a perma ban unless its something like chargebacks its usually from previous bans (have you been ban before? how many times? how long were they?) if thats the case it could just be previous convictions finally coming back at you. while you are trying to not be as toxic as before maybe it is too late. it could also be that you might either be trying to sell your account, or having people "boost" your account!
