skin and sale thingy change

ok so what I think is that riet should put in ip sales alog with rp sales

also skins should cost ip cause when u got all champs(witch I don't) ip is useless

so that's my thoughts...

also one more thing I think tat some champs should be cheeper like urgot casue no one likes him :(
