I think it might be, along with the rest of the new Halloween skins. That, or they will make previous skin legacy, but I believe its legacy. Buy it while you can!
The skin will be 1350, it is an Epic skin and will become Legacy after the Harrowing event. :)
I was really hoping for something better when I heard of Devil Teemo he just looks like a "punk" (so to speak) yordle dressing up for Halloween I was really hoping for something truly menacing or something completely adorable in the sense . . . not . . . .Teemo that has some typical "devil attire"
It will become a Legacy skin just like last years Halloween skins.
