I don't understand the leavebuster system ._. I left one game and then league decides to put me into 20 minute lower priority queue.

Leaving one game will get you a warning. Leaving a few more games would get you a lesser low priority queue wait. To get a 20 minute wait, you have to leave or afk quite a few games.

Ikr,I just played a game and there wasn't any internet so I used my phone for internet. I had to restart and go in and out over and over again until at the end I got in. Sadly,our Kindred had to go so we had to surrender. I was there at the surrender and even though I WAS THERE at the end I still got a 20 minute queue. I mean what's up with that???!!!
And people make serious efforts to fix these problems; the afks usually occur in small blocks of time.
If Riot looked at the past year of dcs instead of looking at dcs over all time, people who fix the problem would be rewarded.
