SR skins

Hi guys I'm just wondering about map skins for summoner so rift I played with somebody a while back and they said that they had the old summoners rift skin According to them you can get a sum miners rift skin on the Internet and use it to change the look of the map. I just want to know if riot allows that or will it get my account suspended. Also if it is allowed how do I get the packs Thanks guys and have a good time with Jhin
