When you're in the store and you click to buy something, it shows what amount your RP and IP would be at if you buy something. If you had 100 IP and tried to buy a champion that is 1000 IP, it would show you -900 IP remaining. How come we can't complete this transaction and for your next games Riot claims the IP that would go to you?

Well, They could put a cap on it and make you sign a binding contract that makes you required to play until you pay your debts off, or pay the equal in RP.

There would be no reason to sue anyone. You simply would allow people to go into the negative, but not allow any purchases if you are already negative.
I guess that would be occasionally slightly convenient but this seems like it would be a huge waste of riots time.
