Option to purchase RP in the post-game lobby

Same thing as title, really. I was in a game where I had to AFK because of an emergency and people were upset. One person in particular defended me against would-be reports, and I really appreciated them. I wanted to gift them a skin, but didnt have RP at the time. So now, I have to wait to add them as a friend and then gift it to them.

I think it would be really convenient for people who want to impulse gift their teammates or enemies at the end of a game. I know this has happened to me a few times before and it dissuaded me from buying RP entirely because I didnt want to have to add them as a friend and wait to send them a gift.
