URF Bug: Trinket Cooldown isn't URF style when swapping trinkets

While playing URF mode, I've tried to switch from the warding trinket to the sweeping lens. Upon swapping, the sweeping lens went on cooldown, as expected. But it went on the full cooldown instead of the reduced cooldown that all items are on in URF Mode. Not sure if it was intended; I didn't see it on the URF Rising page.
