Laughter near top river bush on sr?

So i was watching my friend play a normal on sr when he got to lane in the blue side river bush in the top lane and laughed. Soon after an eerie laughter with bubbling started playing. Ive seen that it could be refrencing the new darkin. Or the gp update(i dont think its gp tho) im curious to see what people know

Have you seen the axe, sword, shield and helmet in/around the baron pit yet? might also indicate something no clue as to what though.
